The ground floor is dominated by the airy and spacious Brasserie, a sixty-cover modern bistro style restaurant. The head Chef, David Ramakers and his dedicated team produce a constantly changing menu based on fresh local produce.  French cuisine and modern eclectic influences are drawn upon, to offer amongst the finest food in the area.

In the Brasserie Restaurant we offer lunch from Wednesday to Sunday, 12.00pm - 2.00pm. 

We are also open 7 days a week for dinner that can be be either à la carte or a special menu. A traditional Sunday lunch special menu is also available. A selection of freshly made desserts are available. We have an extensive wine list which is one of the best in the region, with an emphasis on French and Italian wines.  

To finish your meal we offer a selection of dessert wines, port, fine cognacs, armagnacs and calvados.  Also a selection of coffee and teas are available that can be enjoyed in our lounge if you so wish. Gratuities are at your discretion.

Please note we now operate a totally non-smoking policy throughout the entire Hotel.
