The Beeches Hotel is flexible to host any kind of function: social or professional.

As with our function rooms, we can offer space for conferences and have 30 or so spaces for theatre or banquet style occasions along with 35 spaces for boardroom or classroom occasions. The Beeches also has private parking that is free of charge.

If you require any teas or coffees, perhaps a light lunch, this can also be arranged at a small cost for your events.

Regarding hiring function rooms, you can opt for our conservatory which is suitable for intimate functions such as dinner or lunch. The conservatory is ideal for parties of up to 24 people and can be seated at a long table or several smaller ones.

Larger functions have the option to utilise the ground floor space which would also include access to the bar/lounge and main dining area. You will be escorted around the premises so to help you visualise your event and plan out the details, alongside discussing budget and lunch menus.
